Our MEAT

Our herd of Ruby Red Devon cattle are born on our Welsh hill farm and roam the fields and woodland for approximately two and a half years eventually fattening on the sweet summer hill grass.

The marbled meat and depth of flavour is achieved through slow growth where the animal is given time to mature, and then the meat is hung for 28 days to further deepen in flavour. All the cuts are vacuum packed for freshness and can be frozen. We can deliver boxes anywhere in the UK or you are welcome to collect it straight from the farm.

You can add in fillet steak orders to your beef box if you would like an extra treat!

Being a family farm our herd is relatively small so we don’t always have meat for delivery but please see our next scheduled delivery date.

Our meat boxes are made up slightly differently so no two boxes will ever be quite the same.
